The Ahrefs alternative that does the work, not just the measuring
Ahrefs measures. Nokofy does the work. Ahrefs has the best link index on the market and nothing comes close. But when it tells you there's a problem, solving it is still on you — it won't write the article, or prepare it for you to publish.
Kratak odgovor
If backlink analysis is the core of your work — Ahrefs, without hesitation. If what you need is to go from the question people type to a finished article you simply publish, and then see whether you climbed because of it — Ahrefs doesn't help there at all, because it doesn't write a single sentence.
Where Ahrefs is better
No hedging: their link index is the best on the market. They’ve been building it for years, and if you need to see who links to whom, when a link disappeared, which ones are toxic and how to clean up a profile — no tool does it better.
Depth of data. Their keyword and page reports are more detailed than ours and carry history further back.
Crawling at scale. From 100,000 to a million and a half pages a month. We go up to ten thousand per audit. For a site with two hundred thousand pages there’s no comparison.
Speed and precision. The interface is fast, the data refreshes often, and the tool has a reputation it earned.
Where we’re better
We write the article. They don’t. That’s the shortest difference between these two tools. Ahrefs tells you that you don’t rank for a keyword — and stops there. With us you click next to that keyword and get a finished article with a title, a description, structured data, images and internal links.

With us the text is ready for the site, and publishing stays with you. The article waits in the „Content“ tab with everything that belongs to it; you read it, polish it and copy the finished HTML or plain text onto your site. Ahrefs has no finished text you could place that way.
Real questions from live search. Ahrefs has a filter for questions from its own database; we ask Google now and bring back the „People also ask“ block with the answers search is currently showing.
24 languages, including the ones nobody covers. Ahrefs is English-first, and its content help follows. We write in 24 languages, with local search per market — which matters if you sell somewhere other than the English-speaking world.
AI visibility in the plan. Whether ChatGPT and the other models mention you when somebody asks for a recommendation — included in every plan with us.
Price for a single site. Ahrefs Lite is $129 a month. For one person with one site that’s hard to justify.
What the whole job actually costs you
| Ahrefs | Nokofy | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | $129 (Lite) | one subscription |
| Content help | + $99 a month | included |
| Writing an article | doesn’t exist | included |
| Text ready for the site | doesn’t exist | finished HTML, you publish it |
| Rank tracking | yes (750 keywords on Lite) | yes (500 on Pro, 1,500 on Business) |
| Languages | English-first | 24 languages |
| Total | $228, and you still write the article | one bill |

When to choose Ahrefs
- Backlinks are your main job — outreach, cleaning profiles, competitor link analysis
- You run technical audits of large sites
- You need the most accurate possible figure for domain authority
- You have a team that writes content itself and only needs the analytics
When to choose Nokofy
- Your bottleneck is content, not data — you know you should be writing, but you don’t get to it
- You want to see the questions people type and answer them straight away
- You have one site or a few, and $129 a month is too much for analytics without execution
- You work in a market where English-first tools have nothing to say
Honestly: if you have the budget for both, the combination is excellent — Ahrefs knows where you stand, we do what has to happen next. If you’re choosing one, ask yourself what you’re actually missing: the data, or the written text.
Česta pitanja
Does Ahrefs write articles at all?
No. It has an „AI Content Helper“ that helps you check topic coverage and suggests what's missing, but it doesn't generate a finished article. Not even in the Content Kit add-on, which starts at $99 a month, is there a finished text you can take and put on your site.
Can I use both?
Yes, and that's a sensible combination for anyone working seriously with links. Ahrefs for link analysis and deep data, Nokofy for question research, writing and tracking. If you're choosing one, the question is whether your bottleneck is knowledge or execution.
How do you compare on crawl limits?
We don't — they're far ahead. Their entry plan has 100,000 crawl credits a month, the largest 1.5 million. Our audit goes up to 500 pages on free, 5,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Business. For large sites that's a genuine advantage of their tool.
Is your link data worth anything?
It's worth it for working: you see who links to you, who stopped, which links point at broken pages, and which domains your competitors have and you don't. It isn't worth it for forensics — Ahrefs is better at that and we say so openly.
Ahrefs has a $29 plan, isn't that cheaper than you?
The $29 Starter plan has limited usage and is meant for occasional checks. For serious work you move to Lite at $129. And even then you don't have a written text ready for the site, so the comparison comes down to how much work the tool actually takes off your hands.
