Questions about billing
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing switches off and nothing is charged extra. An action that would exceed the limit simply doesn't start, and you get a clear message saying how much is left and when the limit renews. Everything you've already made stays available.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time and in both directions. Moving up takes effect immediately, and the limits expand the same moment.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing costs the same as ten months — two months are free. Pro comes out at €32 a month instead of €39, and Business at €80 instead of €96.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Monthly means month by month, and you cancel whenever you like, with no explanation and no phone call.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
The account moves to the free plan and the data stays. The articles you wrote are yours — you can download them as HTML or plain text at any time, before or after cancelling.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. No card is required and there's no deadline. One site, two research runs and one article a month — enough to see how the tool works on your own site.
What does „monthly analysis volume“ mean?
Some data — positions on Google, competitor data, backlinks — comes from paid sources and every call costs something. Every plan has its own monthly volume of those analyses, and the tool keeps a log where you can see exactly what cost what. What comes from Search Console and Bing is free and doesn't consume that volume.
What if I run out of articles or some other limit?
Your work doesn't stop. Credits renew on the first of every month, and if you need more before that — get in touch and we'll add them. Extra credits for articles, tracked keywords, sites or research runs can be topped up in small amounts, without changing plan and without a new contract. If you're regularly short, we'll also tell you when a bigger plan is simply cheaper than topping up.
How do I pay?
The free plan requires no payment and no card. For paid plans, get in touch — until automatic billing goes live, payment and invoicing are arranged directly, by email.
I run an agency with more than 20 sites — what then?
Get in touch before choosing a plan. For a larger number of sites, teams and client accounts we build a custom plan — including the tool under your brand and billing by usage instead of by plan.
Can you deploy the tool on our servers?
We can. For companies whose data must not leave their own infrastructure we deploy on your servers, with your branding and your domain. That goes through a custom plan — get in touch and we'll work out exactly what's needed.
